If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Site or services.

3. Product Availability and Pricing
Product Availability
We do our best to ensure our inventory is accurate, but sometimes things move fast. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll notify you right away and offer you an alternative or a full refund.
Pricing
We strive for pricing accuracy, but errors do happen. If we catch a pricing error after you place an order, we’ll notify you and give you the option to continue at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund. Prices may change without prior notice, but any changes won’t affect orders already placed.
Comparison Purchasing
To maintain quality control, we kindly ask that you avoid comparison purchasing (buying several items with the intent of keeping one and returning the rest). 4. Orders and Payment
Placing Orders
You can place orders online or in-store. We accept all major credit cards and payments through secure third-party processors like Stripe. Rest assured, your payment details are kept safe and secure.
Payment Authorization
When you provide payment details and complete an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount for your purchase. If you’ve applied any promotional codes or gift cards, these will be reflected in your final total.
High-Value Items
For purchases over $50,000, you must request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. Custom and bespoke orders, as detailed below, are final sale.
5. Shipping and International Orders
Domestic and International Shipping
We currently ship throughout California and are preparing to ship internationally next year! Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
For international customers, you’ll be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that apply in your country. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out for guidance.
Delivery Timeframes
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery dates, sometimes unforeseen events can cause delays. We’ll keep you informed if anything changes. Once an item is delivered, responsibility for the item passes to you.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
We want you to love your Bespoke Brilliant piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and we’ll inspect them upon return. Contact us if you need help with the return process.
Engineer-to-Order or Custom Jewelry
Custom or bespoke pieces are crafted uniquely for you, making them final sale unless there is a craftsmanship defect. We stand by our work and will address any defects under our quality guarantee.
Diamond Certificates
For any loose diamond returns, you must include the original grading report. If the certificate is missing, a $250 replacement fee will apply.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, and software, belongs to Bespoke Brilliant or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Any unauthorized use, such as reproducing or distributing our content without permission, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Use of the Site
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following actions are prohibited:
- Reselling or using our content for commercial purposes.
- Downloading or modifying any part of our Site without permission.
- Using automated systems (e.g., bots or scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site.
9. Customer Accounts
Account Responsibility

Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to the Site if we find that you’ve violated these Terms or acted unlawfully in any way.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bespoke Brilliant and its affiliates, employees, or directors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
In any case, our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
