Bespoke Brilliant offers complimentary 3-day delivery via FedEx, ensuring your package arrives directly at your designated address. To guarantee secure delivery, we require an adult signature and identification upon receipt. Please note, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. For added convenience, you have the option to pick up your package at a nearby FedEx facility, provided your identification aligns with the order information.
We also provide international shipping, with the understanding that customers will bear any import or duty fees incurred. As these fees vary by region, we recommend consulting your local customs office to ascertain the specific charges applicable to imported jewelry items. Return and Exchange Policy
Return Policy
We want you to love your Bespoke Brilliant piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and we’ll inspect them upon return. Contact us if you need help with the return process.
Engineer-to-Order or Custom Jewelry
Custom or bespoke pieces are crafted uniquely for you, making them final sale unless there is a craftsmanship defect. We stand by our work and will address any defects under our quality guarantee.
Diamond Certificates
For any loose diamond returns, you must include the original grading report. If the certificate is missing, a $250 replacement fee will apply.
Lifetime Warranty & Services
At Bespoke Brilliant, we stand behind the craftsmanship and care that goes into every piece we create. Our warranty is designed to protect you against issues that arise from production or material flaws—because your jewelry should be as lasting as the moments it represents.
✅ Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
We offer a complimentary lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects in both craftsmanship and materials. If your piece encounters an issue due to a production flaw, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
What’s Covered:
Prongs becoming loose or compromised due to porosity in casting
Side stones dislodging from poor casting, an unwholesome 3D printed mold, or goldsmith setting flaws
Discoloration of precious metal caused by internal material defects (not chemical or external damage)
Structural or engineering flaws in the setting or band
🚫 What’s Not Covered
While we stand by our craftsmanship, certain things fall outside the scope of our warranty:
Loss, theft, or damage from accidents or misuse
Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, abrasions, etc.)
Center stones not provided by Bespoke Brilliant
Any third-party resizing or repairs (these void the warranty)
Custom 3D design requests that were not recommended by our team due to structural concerns but were still approved by the client
🧼 Complimentary Jewelry Inspections & Cleaning
We offer free lifetime inspections and professional cleaning to help keep your jewelry in excellent condition. We recommend bringing your piece in at least every 3–6 months for peace of mind and preventative care.
📐 One-Time Complimentary Ring Resizing
We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of pick-up. Please note: some ring styles may have limitations on resizing, and we’ll always advise you in those cases.
🛡️ Insurance Recommendation
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage or loss. For complete protection, we highly recommend insuring your piece through a reputable provider such as Jewelers Mutual.
